A call to service
Yanira spent years working in the corporate arena. She wanted her work to mean more, so she followed a call to service and began using her writing and organizational talents to help communities.
She came to Three Virtues Organization, Inc. as a volunteer. Her work there was strong enough that the organization’s Executive Director hired her, and she went on to support its work, including the period when the organization was awarded a Miami-Dade County grant.
Why she started YES!
Working inside nonprofits, Yanira saw how many dedicated leaders were overworked and overwhelmed. They had strong missions but not enough hands for grants, paperwork, deadlines and planning. YES! Agency exists to be the experienced partner those leaders can call.
